Reimplementasi Kebijakan terhadap Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah: Studi Kasus Kabupaten Barru

Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan diniyah takmiliyah di Kabupaten Barru sebagai lembaga pendidikan non formal dianggap tidak kondusif. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pembinaan, sarana, prasarana, pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik, program pendidikan, proses belajar mengajar, dan pembiayaan. Untuk mengatasi itu, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Barru harusnya mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentang Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah. Sebagai implementasinya dikeluarkan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 38 Tahun 2012 tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Bantuan Biaya Untuk Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Diniyah Takmiliyah Di Kabupaten Barru. Masalah penelitian dirumuskan dalam pertanyaan, bagaimana dampak implementasi kebijakan pendidikan diniyah takmiliyah terhadap peserta didik, kelembagaan, dan pendidik dalam pelaksanaan wajib belajar? Pendekatan penenlitan bersifat kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan sumber data primer dan sekunder dari informan yang terpilih melalaui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Barru terhadap perkembangan peserta didik, kelembagaan, dan tenaga pendidik berdampak positif, namun tidak signifikan, karena wajib belajar Madrasah Diniyah yang dibuktikan dengan ijazah dan sertifikat tidak menjadi syarat untuk masuk ke jenjang pendidikan formal seperti SMP dan MTs. Direkomendasikan kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Barru bahwa kebijakan Pendidikan diniyah takmiliyah ini selain wajib belajar dalam proses pembelajarannya juga harus diperkuat dengan ijazah dan sertifikat sebagai persyaratan masuk ke jenjang pendidikan formal

Penggunaan Multimedia untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa

Di sekolah Madrasah Aliyah NW Sanggeng dalam proses belajar mengajar ditemukan masalah dilapangan, diantaranya, setelah melakukan observasi dan analisis masalah bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran memberikan suasana yang berbeda disaat proses pembelajaran berlagsung. Gejala positif telah ditunjukkan melalui sikap siswa dalam pelaksananan proses belajar. Sebelum siswa menggunakan pembelajaran multimedia, mereka hanya menghafal teori, pemahaman siswa tentang isi materi hanya sebatas pemahaman secara teoritis, sehingga tidak ada perkembangan yang signifikan pada siswa Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah NW Sanggeng baik dalam pemahaman secara teori dan terlebih lagi motivasi belajar. Pada siswa Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah NW Sanggeng telah menunjukkan Perubahan yang signifikan, siswa yang telah mendapatkan sistem pembelajaran multimedia cenderung motivasinya lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang belum mendapatkan sistem pembelajaran multimedia. Akan tetapi, disisi lain ada siswa yang tidak mengalami Perubahan meski sudah diberikan sistem pembelajaran multimedia. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah Ingin mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Penggunaan Multimedia Pembelajaran Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X Di Madrasah Aliyah NW Sanggeng?. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode angket, dokumentasi .Sedangkan tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis statistik dengan menggunakan rumus Chi Kwadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa derajat kebebasannya adalah (dk) = 9 dan taraf kesalahan yang ditetapkan 5% maka chi kwadrat tabel = 16,919, sedangkan chi kwadrat hitung = 17,19 maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan chi kwadrat hitung lebih besar dari pada chi kwadrat tabel ( 17,19 > 16,919 ). Sesuai ketentuan kalau chi kwadrat hitung lebih besar dari chi kwdrat tabel maka, hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya adalah hasilnya signifikan dan hipotesis alternatif yang di ajukan ada Pengaruh Penggunaan Multimedia Pembelajaran Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X Di Madrasah Aliyah NW Sanggeng

PEMBELAJARAN FLIPPED CLASSROOM DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA SISWA MADRASAH PADA ERA NEW NORMAL: EFEKTIFKAH?

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektifitas pembelajaran flippet classroom dalam meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika (PKM) siswa madrasah di era new normal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertempat di Mandrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Pasaman Barat. Sampel dipilih secara acak setelah populasi normal, homogen dan mean similarity sama. Sampel yang dipilih untuk diberikan perlakuan adalah siswa kelas X4 yang mengumpulkan 23 siswa. Pembelajaran yang diberikan pada kelas sampel ini adalah pembelajaran kelas flippet. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan model ini, siswa diberikan tes kemampuan PKM di akhir pertemuan.Hasil Berdasarkan penelitian, pemahaman PKM bagi siswa madrasah belum efektif, hal ini dikarenakan prestasi siswa yang tuntas hanya mencapai 52%

Content Validation of KIP-K Scholarship Instruments at Higher Education Using Aiken's Coefficient Validity Scale

This study aims to analyze the KIP-K Scholarship instrument at PTKIN IAIN Langsa while developing non-test instruments (questionnaires). This instrument is used to obtain information about students who apply for KIP-K scholarships. The instrument's content validity is obtained by a quantitative analysis approach by nine selected experts and a qualitative approach with an expert review of a set of questionnaires that have been arranged. In determining the content validity and reliability level, the experts analyzed a questionnaire quantitatively consisting of 29 items in the three components; economic, household, and academic and non-academic students’ achievements. The data from this expert judgment is calculated by the formula Aiken V. While expert reviews are qualitatively similar to suggestions and feedback, they are used to refine constructed items. The result of these students’ economic condition, household, and academic and non-academic achievements was above 0.72 with a significance level of 5%, namely 0.92, 0.96, and 0.96. All of the 29 items are very valid (V > 0.72, V1 > 0.50) and reliable (α = 0,944). The conclusion that each component is closely related indicates information on the feasibility of distributing KIP-K. The instruments embodied at IAIN Langsa have high validity, and the level of reliability is excellent. This instrument can obtain complete information on prospective students who will become KIP-K scholarship recipients in 2022

PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT KELURAHAN PASIRAN TERHADAP HUTAN KOTA GUNUNG SARI KECAMATAN SINGKAWANG BARAT KOTA SINGKAWANG

The urban forest of Gunung Sari in Pasiran District is one of the alternatively primary source, for the local people. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of Pasiran people and the that which have relationship toward urbanforest of Gunung Sari. This research was conducted in September 2015.The wish used in this research is survey method descriptively with interview technique.The sampels were collected by purposive sampling andthe numbers of respondents are 90.The research result shows that52respondents (57,78%) of Pasiran people have high perception toword city forest of Gunung Sari, 25respondents(27,28%) are moderate, and13 (14,44%) are low. The high perception respondents toward urban forest of Gunung Sari is because they are aware have realized how of the importance of urban forest for their lives. Key Word :Peopleperception,urban fores
